Dr. Shweta Kumar, Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor
Dr. Shweta Kumar is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur. She has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Tourism and Hospitality Service Management. She holds a Master Degree in Hotel Management. She has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Management. She also holds a diploma in Training and Development and is certified as a Master Trainer from Singapore Government. She is author of book “Housekeeping for All” and specialises in Room Division. She has more than 15 years of experience which includes working with Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, IHM Kurukshetra and World Class Skill Centre, Delhi.
Mr. Alok Kumar Mishra, Lecturer cum Instructor (Boys Hostel Warden)
Mr. Alok Kumar Mishra is an Alumnus of School of Hotel Management, ITER Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He holds 4 years BHMCT degree from Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Rourkela Affiliated to AICTE, New Delhi. He possesses Master’s Degree in Tourism Management (MTM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi & also Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (MHM) from Uttrakhand Open University (UOU), Haldwani, UK. He has done Certified Hospitality Trainer program from IHM Pusa, New Delhi affiliated to NCHMCT, Noida, in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism. He has done Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD), Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi. He has undergone training of Direct Training Skills (DTS) program at NCHMCT, Noida. He possesses a combined experience of 14 years including Industry & teaching which includes working with Fun city, leisure division of Landmark Retail Group Dubai as MT/ Cambay Spa & Resort, Gandhinagar & IHM Pusa. At present, he is heading Front Office Department & taking care of additional tasks like THIMS Coordinator & Examination Superintend at Institute.
Ms. Ishita Kirar, Lecturer cum Instructor (Girls Hostel Warden)
Ms. Ishita Kirar, Lecturer cum Instructor is an Alumnus of Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, New Delhi (Affiliated to Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University. She holds a 4 years BHM Degree. She has done Master Degree in Tourism Management. She has successfully completed done Entrepreneurship Development Program on Bakery Production from Small Industries Service Institute, New Delhi.She has written two books by the name “Culinary and Bakery World” and “Hospitality & Tourism”. She has more than 16 years of experience which includes working with IHM Kufri, Lovely Professional University, FIMT Kapershara, New Delhi, Active Institute of Hotel Management, Delhi, CGC Landran and Hotel - The Connaught New Delhi. She is also the Girls Hostel Warden.
Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Lecturer cum Instructor
Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Lecturer cum Instructor holds 3 years Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management. He possesses 10 year of teaching experience in IHMs.
Mr. Vikas, Lecturer cum Instructor
Mr. Vikas is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Kurukshetra. He possesses Master’s Degree in Business Administrations (MBA) from Lovely Professional University. He possesses a combined experience of 10 years including industry & teaching includes working with Domino’s, IHM Rohtak & IHM Faridabad. He takes care of Food & Beverage Department.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav, Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor
An alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad and a Certified Hospitality Trainer from Institute of Hotel Management, Gurudaspur.
He has teaching experience of 10 years in IHM Bhopal,
IHM Shillong, IHM Rohtak and Madhya Pradesh Tourism.
Ms. Aishwarya Srivastava, Teaching Associate
Ms. Aishwarya Srivastava is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management , Faridabad. She is specialized in Front Office Department. She was Hotel Operation Trainee at Jaypee Vasant Continental, New Delhi.
Mrs. Deeksha, Teaching Associate
Mrs. Deeksha, a research scholar at IHTM, M.D. University. She is an alumnus of IHM Rohtak. She has done her master's from IHM Pusa. She has also done Certificate course in German Language from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has worked with The Oberoi, Gurugram and Taj City Centre Gurugram. She has presented research papers in National conferences. Her research work is published in International journals and chapters in Edited Books. As an academician she has worked with IHM Panipat.

Ms. Vanshika is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Jaipur. She holds 2.5 years of industry experience in The Oberoi New Delhi. She is currently pursuing Masters in Travel and Tourism Management from Indira Gandhi Open University. She has presented research papers in National conferences. She has worked in IHM Panipat during her teaching tenure.
Mr. Ramanand Kumar Mishra, Guest Faculty
An Alumnus of IHM, Lucknow & NCHM-IH Noida, having 3 year Teaching Experience. He holds Master Degree in Hospitality Administration. He has presented Research Papers in National conferences. He has done Industrial training from Oberoi Hotel. As an academician he has worked with HIHT, Agra & Parul University Vadodara.
Ms. Prashasti Pandey, Guest Faculty
Ms. Prashasti is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. She possesses Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur. She has completed her industrial experience from Taj Hotel and Convention Centre, Agra. She has completed a vocational training in human resources department from Little Chef, Kanpur. Currently she is teaching Rooms Division Operations at IHM Faridabad.

Mr. Jatin Tanwar, a culinary expert with 7 years of industry experience and specialization in Indian cuisine. He is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Shimla. He possesses a Master's Degree in Hospitality Administration from Institute of Hotel Management, Bengaluru. Worked with brands like Mahindra Holidays, IHG, Holiday Inn resorts, Radisson Blu and a few restaurants brands. He has worked in different locations in India namely Coorg, Pondicherry, Goa, Tungi, Jaisalmer, Kanatal, Pune, and Bengaluru..
