The team of Institute of Hotel Management, Faridabad is being led under the effective and progressive leadership of Mr. Atul Shukla. He is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. He is a MBA in Hospitality Management from Kurukshetra University and has done 3 years programme in hotel management, bachelor’s degree in science & diploma in French language. He is a certified trainer in DOT & DDS. He possesses teaching experience of about 24 years at Institute of Hotel Management, Faridabad, enriched with working experience of about 2 years at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. He is the principal of Institute of Hotel Management, Panipat for last eight years. He has also held the additional charge of principal of Institute of Hotel Management, Kurukshetra & Institute of Hotel Management, Yamunanagar.
Ms. Shweta Kumar is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur. She holds a Master Degree in Hotel Management .She has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Management. She also holds a diploma in Training and Development and is certified as a Master Trainer from Singapore Government. She is author of book “Housekeeping for All” and specialises in Room Division. She has more than 13 years of experience which includes working with Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, IHM Kurukshetra and World Class Skill Centre, Delhi. She is the Academic Head and also looks after Training and Placement of college.
Mr. Alok Kumar Mishra is an Alumnus of School of Hotel Management, ITER Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He holds 4 years BHMCT degree from Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Rourkela Affiliated to AICTE, New Delhi. He possesses Master’s Degree in Tourism Management (MTM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi & also Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (MHM) from Uttrakhand Open University (UOU), Haldwani, UK. He has done Certified Hospitality Trainer program from IHM Pusa, New Delhi affiliated to NCHMCT, Noida, in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism. He has done Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD), Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi. He has undergone training of Direct Training Skills (DTS) program at NCHMCT, Noida. He possesses a combined experience of 13 years including Industry & teaching which includes working with Fun city, leisure division of Landmark Retail Group Dubai as MT/ Cambay Spa & Resort, Gandhinagar & IHM Pusa. At present, he is heading Front Office Department & taking care of additional tasks like THIMS Coordinator & Examination Superintend at Institute.
Ms. Ishita Kirar, Assistant Instructor is an alumnus of Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Inderprastha University, Delhi. She holds Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management, Enterpreneurship Development Programme in Bakery from Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, New Delhi and possesses Master Degree in Tourism Management. She possesses teaching experience of 11 years at IHMs, LPU & FIHM embedded with working experience of 2 years in Hotels.
Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Assistant Instructor holds 3
years Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management. He possesses 9 year of
teaching experience in IHMs.
Mr. Vikas is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Kurukshetra. He possesses Master’s Degree in Business Administrations (MBA) from Lovely Professional University. He possesses a combined experience of 9 years including industry & teaching includes working with Domino’s, IHM Rohtak & IHM Faridabad. He takes care of Food & Beverage Department.
An alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad and a Certified Hospitality Trainer from Institute of Hotel Management, Gurudaspur.
He has teaching experience of 9 years in IHM Bhopal, IHM Shillong, IHM Rohtak and Madhya Pradesh Tourism.
Dr. Sumit Gagre, a Research scholar at Kurukshetra University and holds Bachelor in International Hospitality Business Management from Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management, ITDC and Gold Medalist in Master's in Hotel Management from Kurukshetra University. He also holds Professional Diploma in International Hospitality from London School of Business Management, London, United Kingdom and Diploma in French Language from Kurukshetra University. He possesses teaching experience of 8 years at Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, Kurukshetra, University and 6 months Industrial Experience from Marriott, London and Training Experience from Ashok Group and Choice Group of Hotels. His research papers are also published in varios national and international journals.
Ms. Jyotsna Kharbanda is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management , Faridabad. She is specialized in Front Office Department. She has more than 4 years of experience which includes working in five star hotels such as Shangri-La Eros Hotel, New Delhi and Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, and more than 2 year experience in Teaching.
Mr. Hem Bhagat is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Meerut. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management. He is a vibrant, self-determined and goal oriented professional with over 9.5years of extensive experience in hospitality industry which includes Hotels, F&B retail and teaching.
Dr. Anjali is an alumnus of Pacific University, Udaipur. She holds a PhD Degree. She has done M.sc Hospitality Administration from IHM Chennai & B.SC (H&HA) from CT-IHM, Jalandhar. She has more than 5years of working experience in teaching especially Food Production Department with various Institutes & University like IHM Meerut, SRM University, CT-IHM, RIG-IHM. She also has a more than 2years of Research Experience as a Ph.D Guide with Pacific University Udaipur. She has published various papers on International & National Journals.
Mr. Sumeet Malhotra has a 31 years of valuable experience in the fields of Administration, Establishment & Accounts. He is in-charge of activities related to Administration, Establishment, Accounts , students & personnel.
Mrs. Naraini Dalal is working with Institute since its inception. She has 31 years of valuable experience in handling administrative and students' activities including assignments delegated to her from time to time.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar has a rich experience of about 14 years. He looks after establishment, students' related activities & various office related works assigned to him from time to time.
Mr. Shyam Raj has a rich experience of about 22 years. He looks after stores of the Institute and other various office related works assigned to him from time to time.
